Booking & Rental Guidelines
Simple policies for a smooth, stress-free rental experience.
Payment Terms
- Full payment due at checkout
- Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Credit Card (+3% fee).
Cleaning Policy
- Customer to return all rental in the same condition of the day it was delivered.
- Reasonable cleaning is included upon delivery.
Damage & Loss Policy
- Customer is responsible for damaged, broken, or missing items.
- Fees: Chairs $20/each, Tables $60/each unless otherwise stated.
- Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 5 days in advance
- 50% refund if canceled 3 days in advance
- No refund if canceled within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery & Pickup
- Standard delivery hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
- Pick up by 1 pm day after event.
- Free delivery for $50 order or more
- Extra fees apply for stairs, elevators, or timed delivery windows.
- Delivery includes curbside drop-off only unless setup service is purchased.
Liability Waiver
- [Renter] agrees to hold harmless Seat At The Table Rentals, its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from equipment use.
